Advancing Shared Measurement in your Collaboration

Advancing Shared Measurement in Collaborative Systems Change Efforts

Are you one of the many people working on collaborative initiatives who are keen to make sure you can clearly articulate and measure impact?

Are you experiencing the real challenges that can come from doing this collaboratively and finding the “rabbit holes” that people can find themselves going down or getting stuck in?

We thank UnitingCare West for their generous support with the venue for this workshop.

This session is designed to help participants explore the challenges that they are facing and identify ways of working through them. This will not be a presentation about “shared measurement” but rather an interactive peer learning session where participants and facilitators will all bring and share their experience and learning.

It will be hosted by Collaboration for Impact Associates Regina Hill (Melbourne) and Jennifer Chaplyn (Perth). Jennifer will bring detailed experience in systems design and thinking and Regina experience in designing and implementing learning, monitoring and evaluation frameworks in complex collaborative environments
