How can I receive updates from Collaboration for Impact?

Collaboration for Impact is working on increasing the ways that you can connect with us.  Currently you can:

RegisterRegister on our site.  This free registration will subscribe you to our monthly newsletter which highlights the best of Australian and international resources relating to collective impact. By registering you will also be able to post on our message boards.

Follow us on twitter.  Collaboration for Impact tweets daily on new content on site as well as collective impact happenings from around the world.

Webinar specific FAQ’s

A telephone number has not been provided, how do I listen in?

To keep our webinar pricing competitive, Collaboration for Impact does not have a telephone conference facility and all webinars are listened to via Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).  You will need to have to have working speakers to listen into the webinar.

What are the IT system requirements for webinars?

We use GoToWebinar and strongly recommend you review their system requirements here and with your IT team prior to webinars.

Is there a way to test the webinar before hand?

Yes.  This link will take you to a connection test, where you will be able to test whether you can join a GoToWebinar meeting.  This will not test audio and so we recommend that you also ensure your computer’s speakers are operational.

My computer is coming up with an error message and I can’t join the webinar.  What should I do?

Please contact your IT network administrator.  We are unable to answer technical questions relating to your computer and software.

I’ve missed the webinar, now what?

All webinar are recorded and even if you miss the live session, for whatever reason, you will be sent a link to access a copy of the webinar.

I was forwarded the link to join, will this work?

Once registered, you are provided with a link which is unique to your registration.  Please do not forward this link to others as it may not work for them – individual registrations are required.

Where can I provide feedback regarding webinars?
