Collaboration for Impact 2017 Conference – resources

On 17 & 18 July 2017 23 collaborative initiatives , 15 practice leaders and 200 participants from all sectors came together to learn about how cross-sector collaboration, community empowerment and a focus on systems change are improving outcomes in communities across Australia.  Below are the slides and resources presented at sessions across the 2 day conference and the additional workshops.
